3 YEAR FULL WARRANTY against
manufacturing defects.
Because sleeper frames will allow a mattress to settle in places, body impressions are not covered under the warranty.
Every mattress is carefully and thoroughly inspected before it leaves the factory to ensure it is in perfect condition.
1. If the shipping
box is damaged upon delivery.If
there is apparent damage to the product, refuse the shipment and call
our store at 1-888-252-1928 so that another mattress can be sent to you
immediately.
2. If the mattress
is damaged but the shipping box is not.you must contact us within
48 hours to report the damage. We will then send you a new mattress and
pick up the old at no cost to you. 3. If damage is
found after 48 hours.this will be handled under the standard warranty
procedure.

inspection of the mattress, if a mfg. defect is found the mattress will

and receive a complete product price refund, follow the instructions below.
1. Inspect
the mattress carefully as the product must be in factory new condition.
Any mattress that is soiled, stained, or defective in any way will not
be accepted for return.
2. Call our
store at 1-888-252-1928 for a return authorization number.
3. Box the
mattress in a sturdy cardboard box and seal with approved packing tape.

5. Upon arrival
at our warehouse, the mattress will be inspected. After passing inspection,
